Becca is an honors graduate of the University of Delaware in English Literature & British History with a minor in Graphic Arts. She attended Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in the Masters of Theological Studies program and has an MSOL (Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership) from Geneva College. Becca is married to the Reverend Geoffrey Chapman, rector of St. Stephen’s Church in Sewickley, PA. They have six children, three sons and three daughters. In her free time, Becca particularly enjoys taking long walks with her grandchildren, as well as reading and painting, specifically Byzantine icons.

Before becoming Assistant Director of the Pittsburgh Fellows, Amanda Yarger worked for three years as a strategic account executive at TrueFit, her Fellows' employer. She helped companies and entrepreneurs bring innovative technology ideas to market. Amanda earned her Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Geneva College. This came after serving as a Youth with a Mission overseas missionary for two years on four continents.
Amanda is married to Micah Yarger, Pittsburgh Fellow '13 at PGT Trucking Inc. Her greatest passions outside of her family and career are global missions and sharing the Gospel. Countries she has visited include: Mongolia, China, Zambia, The Netherlands, Mexico, Peru, Costa Rica and Haiti. It was her work in Zambia that inspired her to go into the business world to be a light there.

Julie is a magna cum laude graduate of Juniata College with a BS in Business Administration. She also holds a MS in Sports Management from Robert Morris University. She worked in purchasing for Westinghouse Electric Company for several years prior to retiring from the corporate world to raise her five children. Julie and her husband Ron, who is president of Pittsburgh Seafoods and a Fellows employer, are both life-long residents of Pittsburgh. For the last several years she has served as Director of Women's Ministry and SidebySide, an outreach ministry to single moms and their children, at St. Stephens Church in Sewickley. In her free time Julie enjoys biking, travel, and golf.
