The Pittsburgh Fellows program has an exceptional coalition of companies that hires fellows. This year's coalition of participating employers are listed to below, but we have many others who have hired our fellows and alumni, and they will hire them again in the future.

 

Pittsburgh Fellows places Fellows in nine-month challenging business fellowships with key companies. 80-90% of our fellows stay in Pittsburgh after the fellow's year either with their placement company or with new companies that recruit and hire them. Beginning with our 2013-2014 class, the company hiring the fellow agrees to pay $20,000/no benefits directly to the fellow for the nine-month program (Labor Day-Memorial Day). Fellows work 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday). Our hope in placing exceptional young men and women in exceptional companies is that this will be a win/win/win - a win for the fellow, a win for the company, and a win for Pittsburgh.
